Logical Network Technologies is a solutions based IT services firm that provides support to the small business market space in and around the Houston metroplex.

What makes our company unique is a focus on the amalgamation of best-in-class outsourced solutions that provide the highest value.

We provide a core set of support services that will allow the technology in your organization to perform reliably. In addition, we have ancillary services such as hosted voice over IP or website development/augmentation that are not directly related to network infrastructure management, but are still necessary in your company’s overall technology strategy.

What We Are Good At

Advanced Cybersecurity

Combines powerful software with a suite of SOC (Security Operations Center) services to deliver highly advanced protections for SMB customers--including endpoint management, SIEM, advanced threat intelligence and the capabilities and reporting required to ensure compliance in modern business environments.

User Support

If your staff has problems or questions, the first line of defense is via an unlimited remote helpdesk available by phone or email from 8 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday. 24/7 after-hours support is available on a pay as you go basis OR can be built into the fixed monthly support cost.

Onsite Technical Support

Sometimes, issues arise that cannot be solved without a physical touch - if that happens, we can dispatch to your main or branch office to remedy the issue that prevent remote solutions from providing the fix to the problem.

Backup and Disaster Recovery

A backup server is installed at your office which takes an hourly image based snapshot of all data on your servers. We can do full restores, or a single email message. All restores are fast as they come from our local BDR Server on your own network. Every night, all of your data is sent offsite to a data center. Should a server fail, we can fail over locally or to a datacenter for continued operations.

Mobile Device Support

We will provide support for iPhones, iPads, Androids, and Windows based mobile devices when they need assistance connecting to company resources such as VPNs and mail servers.

Desktop Management

Agents are installed on desktop PCs, Macs and laptops allowing us to provide immediate remote support, OS patch deployment, malware and anti-virus updates, disc defragmentation and temp file deletion. These are the steps required to keep desktop PCs secure and running at peak performance. We also collect available disc space, and can provide detailed information on installed applications and hardware assets.

Server Management and Support

Servers receive the same maintenance as desktops, with the addition of uptime, log file and performance monitoring which allows you to know if your server is performing well, or slowing your people down. If there are issues that need resolving on any particular server, remote support is included in the same time frame as User support.

Project Services

We handle the process of planning, organizing and delineating responsibility for the completion of organizations - specific information technology goals. A local or cloud based solution can be implemented to meet the specific company needs.

Hosted Exchange Email

If you run your own mail server, you probably have only one server, one internet connection, one power connection, etc. When you move your email to the cloud, you gain many levels of redundancy. So when you are in the cloud, local failures do not affect mail flow and you are freed from the expense of maintaining a mail server and the never ending upgrade cycle.

Cloud servers are virtual servers which run on datacenter computing environments. Web Design and Development

HIPAA Services

To reach compliance, CE's (Covered Entities) must establish business associate agreements with their IT providers and maintain reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of PHI (Protected Health Information). Our organization is certified in this area and can help your practice avoid potential issues and/or fines associated with non-compliance.
